Thank you for shopping with Presented by Origin. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of all orders placed through www.presentedbyorigin.com.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your confirmation email.

You’ll receive a second email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during new drops, restocks, or sale periods.
2. UK Shipping (Domestic)

Standard Shipping – Free: All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Next Day / Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.

All UK orders are shipped with tracked delivery, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery status.
If you haven’t received tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at info@presentedbyorigin.com, and we’ll help you liaise with the courier where possible.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If an incorrect address results in a return or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
7. Pre-Orders & Restocks
Items marked as “Pre-order” or “Restock” will include an estimated dispatch date in the product description.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be shipped together once all items are available.
