1. Returns
a. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including tags and labels).
c. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Refunds
a. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
c. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
a. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us first at info@presentedbyorigin.com.
b. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.
c. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
a. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.
b. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@presentedbyorigin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
b. We will provide instructions on how to return the product. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Final Sale Items
a. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
